The International Symposium IEEE ISVLSI 2025 in Greece organized by the ECE Department of the University of the Peloponnese

The organization of a major scientific event was undertaken by the ECE Department and the Embedded System Design & Applications Laboratory (ESDA LAB). That’s about the International Symposium IEEE ISVLSI, that will take place, for 28th CONSECUTIVE YEAR, IN Kalamata (Greece), on July 6 – 9th 2025, getting back in Greece 15 years after the conference that was organized in Kefalonia in 2010. The symposium will be hosted at Elite City Resort, which offers luxurious services including the fully-equipped conference halls.

The Symposium explores emerging trends and novel ideas and concepts covering a broad range of topics in the area of VLSI: from VLSI circuits, systems and design methods, to system level design and system-on-chip issues, to bringing VLSI methods to new areas and technologies like nano- and molecular devices, hardware security, etc.

According to the call for papers, contributions are sought in the following indicative topics:

·        Emerging Trends in VLSI

·        Nanoelectronics

·        Molecular, Biological and Quantum Computing

·        VLSI Circuits and Systems

·        FPGA Based and Reconfigurable Systems

·        System Design and Security

·        SoC and Noc Design

·        ManyCore/Multicore Designs

·        ASICs

·        System Issues in Complexity

·        Low Power, Heat Dissipation, Power Awareness in VLSI Design, Test and Verification

·        Mixed-Signal Design and Analysis

·        EDA

·        Logic and Behavioral Synthesis

·        Physical Design

On behalf of the organizing committee, professors Nikolaos Voros, Michael Huebner (general chairs), Georgios Keramidas and Paraskevas Kitsos (program chairs), paper submission for the conference is encouraged until the deadline of February 10th, 2025.
